FI-TUNE/12 · LEGAL
Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible
Fi-Tune/12 is an initiative associated with IEXS. The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Consultora Gutiérrez Venegas SpA (IEXS Consultoría Estratégica), based in Magallanes, Chile.
2. What data we collect
Only what you send us: your name, company (optional), email address and the message in the contact form. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and the content of the conversation on that platform.
To limit abusive submissions, the form uses a hidden control field and transiently processes the submitting IP address through an encrypted hash. We do not keep a database of visitors.
3. What we use it for
To respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to manage the commercial conversation that follows. We do not use it for other purposes or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form or write to us.
4. Who we share it with
With the providers that make the website and email possible (web hosting and email), who process the data only to provide that service. If you choose WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to the platform’s own terms. Some providers may operate servers outside Chile.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
As of this policy’s date, the website does not set tracking cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not load third-party resources (fonts, pixels or external scripts). The hosting provider may keep technical server logs, such as the IP address and the date of the visit, for security and operational reasons.
If we add analytics or other technologies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage the conversation that follows. If no relationship results, you may ask us to delete your data at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and blocking of your data, under Chilean Law No. 19,628 and, once in force, Law No. 21,719. To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form and include “Personal data” in the message. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may turn to the competent data protection authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and controls against automated submissions. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Changes to this policy
Any change will be published on this page, with the date of the latest update.
